   pay me what i make here (in cali dollars, not texas dollars) and hire chris too and we’re there.

   (ex. 1 bedroom apt in safe neighborhood, 800 sq ft = 795/month in texas; 1395/month in cali)…

   adjust as necessary for state tax as well.

   you know where to send the contract.
