Sunday Morning Cigs

So each night, after I do my Beth Moore Breaking Free study, I unwind with Anne.
It almost feels like going to church and then walking outside and downing 4 cigs.
I almost feel naughty.
Maybe tonight I’ll try it the other way around.
At least that I have actually done before.
Been to church hung over from the party the night before.(Years ago people)
Yea. That should feel better.

I love Traveling Mercies. i’m reading the new one, Grace Eventually. Much like TM, but nothing tops it. Love your sight. The fiddler is amazing!

I as well love Anne Lamott’s writings. I just finished one of her novels – Blue Shoe – it was just as good as the others! Read on…

Anne Lamott. Great read. And Los, your posts of late are way more profound and way less…playful? frivolous?

Have you had a life moment recently?

The change is good, I think…

So Good. Love Anne Lamott. Read Operating Instructions when you’re done with Traveling Mercies. I love listening to her read. She came to the school where I work a few years ago and read and you can catch her on NPR sometimes.
