I can’t believe I’ve done 37 of these.

    6 weeks? Man, it seems like yesterday you announced the move.

    I’m sitting here with 101 fever and stomach crud, and your celebration @ Atlanta made me smile big – thanks for making me feel better …even if only for a sec!

    Our lead pastor, Scot (reson8.org), rocked us with some OT teaching about the clarity of God’s name and what we do to clarify Him. Opened with Raise Up The Crown (Passion) and the full song set looked like this:

    * Take My Life (and Let It Be)
    * Lord You Have My Heart
    * How Great Is Our God
    * Facedown
    * Hear Our Praises
    * Open the Eyes of my Heart (Sonicflood style)
    * We Are Hungry (Jeff Deyo style)
    * Rain Down (from the new Crowder disc)

    All in all I felt like my performance leading worship was pretty stale. I actually started getting a weak feeling about 5 minutes before the gathering started but got a 2nd wind in the middle of Facedown. I’ve been a little sickly this weekend so all in all, I guess I can’t complain too much.

    Crazy thing was, I got several positive responses about how great worship was, and the band was even mentioning “we were right with each other tonight, huh?” which is rare for almost everyone to express that kind of sentiment.

    We did have a couple baptisms, and the video we produced for one of them will go up on YouTube later this week (so bookmark my blog addy!).

    So, in the end, not bad. Not bad t’all.
