Sometimes to move forward it involves risk and taking a risk involves money. We are very blessed that our leadership has allowed us to take some risks and try different things to engage people as they sit in church, sometimes for the first time. Not only have we been able to change the way we do "announcements" but we hopefully have been able to break down a few walls as the TenBefore plays and Kelly says hello. Great question. I think it depends on YOUR church. When you start not giving to the poor because you are focusing too much on making a slick video, then it becomes "sick". But that video cost as much as most churches spend on their envelopes or bring a friend mug. You can't fault a church or having a talent pool. Just my thoughts. Los Allen. Great question.
