Not your standard Stove Top this....it's full of yummy apples, raisins, carrots, red wine, olives, a little ground beef and turkey neck. Wooo boy. Sounds really nasty but it is straight up delish. That and mom's homemade bread. I use it sort of as a plate for the butter. Real butter. Wooo boy....I'm so full right now that my pj bottom seams are at maximum capacity. :) Ooh, oooh, oooooh. Then I found this awesome recipe for a casserole with them half mashed and a topping of pecans, brown sugar, flour and butter. Now everyone loves them and I can't wait.
