I’m asking that if you live in the Inland Empire…PLEASE send people to our house blog…

Tell anyone you know that it is now for rent and off the market.
Since we have a good mortgage we are renting it lower than the other houses in the ‘hood.
Let’s see if we can get this puppy rented.
Prayers are appreciated as well.
Here is the post from the home blog…

hey i have two friends that live in inland empire! i didn’t know that’s where you guys used to live! (i don’t know much about california) anyway, i passed the link on!
Makes me miss CA homes, where everything doesn’t look exactly the same…
Looks like the perfect location for the fiming of Real World – Riverside. Maybe you should give MTV a call!
Idea…if you can’t get a regular tenant, call some of the bigger churches in the Riverside area and see if they could use the space per night as a guest home for whenever they have guest speakers or artists come to do they thang. Rent it a tad cheaper than the medium market value of a hotel stay in the Riverside area and then make sure the church has someone clean it after each stay. (You know it’d stay clean that way.)
Artists and speakers would appreciate the hospitality b/c it wouldn’t feel like same old hotel room they stayed in last night in Wichita, Kansas.
It’d be a pain to coordinate but at least it’s a revenue stream.
thats one nice lookin’ house… my wife and I have been talking about selling and then renting until the market comes down further, but a riverside to the san fernando valley commute is not attractive at all
good luck!
Did you seriously have your piano upstairs?
Almost everyone I know who WAS selling is now renting. This market is poopy!
i totally read your blog. im rss savvy now!!!
