Why aren’t you selling it? Are you planning on moving back?

Because the market SUCKS and we would lose like 150k in equity

I think adding a few more exclamation points in your listing might get the house rented faster…’cuz I don’t think you have quite enough in there yet.

Seriously, if I could afford more than the $850 I currently pay to rent my house in ghetto Rialto I would jump at this! I can’t, so I won’t…but if I hear of anyone who can I’ll pass along the info!

    Hi Carlos,
My name is Liz and my sister told me about your house for rent, we go to Sandals also. My sister is Heidi Thompson, Heather knows her I think. Anyhow, we are interested in the house! I would have to find out what we would have to do to break our lease for our apartment here in Rancho Cucamonga, if it’s possible. In the mean time, what are you asking and what info would you need? Thanks and hope you are enjoying your new home and church. God bless.

I’m seeing what I can do to rent your house since I’m going back. I REALLY want to be back w/friends and Sandals. I’ll hit you up if I can make it happen.

    Hi Carlos,
I sent you a couple emails the other day about the house. Will you let me know if they went thru or if there is a better way to contact you? Thanks!
    Liz
