I did it with my students. It was a nice break. Its because the same side of the brain is controling that side of your body and its gets confused. It is possible to do though with some practice. The brain is very maliable.

i was slumped over on my desk laughing hard and trying to muffle the sounds…

the mere thought of this exercise made me snicker… and then actually trying it got me rollin’.

after a few attempts, i got it!

My circles changed more to ovals, but still clockwise ovals. Maybe being a drummer helps?

As a lefty, I totally just did an experiment. Can do it with my right side, no problem! Left side, not so much. I love our brains!
