Beautiful. Take care to bring at least a piece of your heart back to continue sharing about your experience here in the states…

So, my fun question is…are you considered a mzungu in Uganda? :O)

    peace to you all.

And yes. I’m a pasty old mzungu here.
My cafe skin gets me no where.

I don’t know what it is about this trip. I’ve been inundated with stuff about missions and Africa before, and I feel for it deeply but nothing has touched me quite so much recently as this trip, and everything you all have shared. Every entry literally brings tears to my eyes – and I don’t cry THAT easily. Thank you for sharing. I’m sponsoring a little girl in Ethiopia, but I think what I’m getting from this trip is something even bigger than that… like what I’m supposed to do after I graduate in 3 months. Thanks for sharing, that’s all I can say.

Wow. I’ve sponsored a child from Ethiopia for about a year and a half and what I’m learning from everyone’s videos, pics, etc, is how far the family gifts can stretch. Definitely plan on doing more of those now. Thanks.
