My MacBook is a workhorse. I do think the Air is is a little ahead of it's time. I've heard Steve Jobs say ... "If you can't innovate, you must imitate." It's an ultraportable, and ultraportables are a niche category. It's the same in the PC world. They aren't for everybody, but it was introduced as if it was.
