My boys at Ethur and Junky Car Club have started the Junky Car Club Blog.
Yea.
It is going to be great.
Go join the club and sponsor a child from Compassion with the money you will be saving with your 400 dollar a month “look at me I’m cool and in debt” payment.
Bravo.

Me and my 1994 Toyota Tercel are so in!! 9 years and no car payment…that’s what I’m talking about. And I get gas maybe once every 2 weeks.

I can’t wait to pose with my car…

I applaud what these guys are doing.

If I didn’t have to drive 500 miles every week, I would be in. Of course, This is a club that I was an unknowing member of for many years before I bought my current vehicle (nothing fancy – a Civic).

Thanks for the link love, Los.
    I like alliteration.

Gee, a club I’m in and didn’t know! :) I have a ’92 Saturn with about 2 gabillion miles on it and my “new” car is a ’94 Olds. I needed more room to carry the tools of my trade in my car so that I can work. The Saturn is up for sale…any takers? ;)

Ask your boys if they’d mind adding a feed so I can subscribe to them through Google Reader and keep up with how they’re doing, would you?

I see their goal is 500 kids sponsored through Compassion this year. Any tally yet on how many were sponsored because of the blogger trip?

    Awesome.

I hate how we’re all trapped in this American consumerism. At least my truck is 10yrs old. Not quite worthy of being labeled a clunker, yet.
