We did use PVP and Meghan didn't want to use a click so we just had the playback operator follow her speed. It worked out nicely. I used the original song to roughly place the lyrics and.... I got to run a hand held camera for the live performance. Double the fun. I love my job! That’s right Aaron. This is a software program that some really talented guys from Northpoint wrote specifically for this type of situation. You can control on the fly the speed at which the clip plays. It's also possible that Meghan was playing to a click track that the video was designed around. This is almost a sure way not to get off tempo.
