okay so I don’t know you at all and you could be a total jerk in real life, :) but still I haven’t loved a mini-series this much since Lonesome Dove. yeah so you don’t know me either to know that I was kidding just then. anywho, that was beyond precious and I love that you embraced the cheese of that song…proof that sometimes cheese is vitally important, especially when a little girl is involved. she won’t forget.

  7. GregQ 19 March 2008 at 11:59 am #

Dude…you made me cry. Now I have to go kill something small and furry to set things right in the universe.

We should have Chuck Norris watch this video so we can cure cancer.

  8. Chris from Canada 19 March 2008 at 12:04 pm #

man, kids grow up fast. i was just looking at pics of our boys (5 & 4) riding bikes and thinking, “holy crap! weren’t you just in a carrier? when did this happen?”

DAN, that’s Steven Curtis Chapman – i think it’s called cinderella?

  22. Anon 19 March 2008 at 2:02 pm #

  30. cindy 19 March 2008 at 4:41 pm #

Ok, you and Mr. Chapman are a lethal combination. That was precious. And as the mom of 3 “Cinderella’s” now ages 23, 19 & 16 – fast doesn’t even begin to describe how they grow up!

  31. Heidi 19 March 2008 at 4:44 pm #

    You are a fantastic BooDaddy!

  35. Shanda 19 March 2008 at 5:32 pm #

Dang…this video should come with a warning. My daughter is 10 and her Daddy died when she was 5. Just when I think I have grieved it all out…I grieve some more. Thank God that Jesus can fill any void.

  36. jessica 19 March 2008 at 6:25 pm #

    Los,
You do many things well, but you are a great husband and father. Your little girl is not only your daughter, but she is the daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and I’m so glad you treat her like a princess. This song reminds me that you are now setting the standard for the young man she will choose(with Jesus’ help) to spend the rest of her life with. Thanks for setting that bar high.

  52. RachelB 20 March 2008 at 7:07 pm #

ok, SERIOUSLY?? you know i haven’t been sleeping well, and you put that up? my nerves are raw and all my defenses are down and that’s almost cruel! you made me miss MY daddy and i’m gonna see him next week!

  53. Laura 20 March 2008 at 8:03 pm #
