A Couple Things About Today
1. My shirt and my St. Arbucks cup match. This does not sit well with me.
2. I am taking part in this mentoring group/environment called The Leadership Lyceum all day today and for the next several months. It is an environment that accelerates the leader to a place of greater maturity. It starts today. They have their work cut out for the. I am really excited and really scared at the same time. Something about growth in a high intensity environment like this mortifies me.
3. Tomorrow I am speaking to a group from Chick-Fil-A cooperate about our excecution of developing an environment from initial idea to final product.
4. I think I was sleep walking last night. I woke up around 3 am standing in the hallway holding a cigarrette and a bottle of whiskey quoting The Lord’s Prayer.
5. Or maybe number 4 was actually a dream and I really did not wake up. It’s too early to tell.

I find the sleep walking really interesting. Perhaps just because I don’t believe I’ve ever done it.
Recently however I have been sleeping about 8 hrs a night and waking up feeling like I only slept 30 min. It’s killing my motivation. Luckily yesterday my day only consisted of sitting in Panera from 12-6:00pm in some awesome meetings.

I rarely comment but the Starbucks cup made me do it! I’m totally with you on the brown just not sitting well. It may be old school but when I get Starbucks it should be green…not brown!
So I take it I’m not the only one who isn’t digging the retro cups $bux is rocking lately?
I like brown. Not just because of my name. I dig the retro look.
I dream of whiskey and cigarretts too.
Sbuck trivia….they switched from original logo on brown cut to current logo on green cup because it was too suggestive/provocative.
A couple of things about today…
1. Woke up at 4:15a to a text from Carlos who must’ve forgotten the 3 hour time difference. Its ok though I fell right back asleep.
It’s interesting that you mentioned the sleepwalkking/dream because last night I thought I saw you in a pub in Acworth, and thought better of it “Why would Los be on Bells Ferry Rd in a bar?” So I went back to paying attention to the poker game I was participating in because I was down to about 600 in chips. About an hour later I won the whole thing with a Queen-Jack off-suit and the first place prize of $50 in house cash which will last me about a month at this place because I only buy food and soft drinks.
