You get what you pay for. My experience with Enterprise as a whole has not been very good and when I use them is because they were the lowest price and I was going to need the car for a few days. The last time I rented a car in my own town my experience had a lot to be desire. I have a drivers license with a Credit Card and they still made me feel like I was going to take the car south of the border and not return it. I love blog commenters because you think you can put a handle on the whole situation by reading a few words. I'll be frank. I have every right to document my experience. They always make me feel dirty when I rent from them and that I might as well be renting from JoJo the Monkey Boy. I am a heavy business traveler and have had to use E'prise in many states and rarely in one that I hold a driver's license from. Make em hurt.
