I was the one being sat on…

Two big brothers (5 and 7 years my senior), and I was the only girl. They still sit on me sometimes (figuratively and maybe literally), even though we’re 23, 28 and 30 now. Yes, I love them so. =)

  2. Tyler 28 April 2008 at 2:12 pm #

the one playing. i was the oldest.

  3. Chris 28 April 2008 at 2:13 pm #

i was the one doing the sitting on.

  4. Robin 28 April 2008 at 2:13 pm #

I was totally the one being sat on. Youngest baby girl…one older sister who ran my life as a child. Ha.

  5. Lindsey 28 April 2008 at 2:25 pm #

i was the one being sat on. AM the one being sat on, is probably more like it. my two younger sisters have always been way more stubborn than i am…i just give up after awhile. especially now–they’re 16 and 12 and both at their own different “I’m too cool for school!” stages!

  6. Emily 28 April 2008 at 2:26 pm #

This is classic. Love it. I’m the oldest, but still got totally abused by the siblings.

  7. Patty B! 28 April 2008 at 2:29 pm #

Mentally I was the one being sat on – but physically I couldn’t handle my sister sitting on me so it never happened – not that she didn’t try – but she didn’t like playing ‘horsey’ and having her horse stall in reverse.

  8. Gabriel Mcgee 28 April 2008 at 2:30 pm #

    I’m the one sitting.
    always.

  9. lynse leanne 28 April 2008 at 2:40 pm #

i was the oldest….so the one doing the sitting on.

  10. Jared 28 April 2008 at 2:40 pm #

I would have to say i was the standing next to the two kids.. I didn’t commit the crime, but i didn’t stop it either.

  11. sean 28 April 2008 at 2:56 pm #

    getting sat on.
got to love being the youngest. but i do remember when i realized that i was the bigger one. good times.

  12. Courtney 28 April 2008 at 3:01 pm #

oh I was for sure the “seat”. The youngest of 3 and the only girl. And I can guarantee there would have been a foul odor emitted on my back by one of my loving brothers as the other one laughed and blamed it on me.

  13. Malachi 28 April 2008 at 3:16 pm #

I was the sitter-gameplayer, the oldest, the guinea pig, etc. 2 younger bros.

  14. Linda Sue 28 April 2008 at 3:27 pm #

Would never have happened in my family – my mother kept us on a very tight leash – nope – nothing like putting me in an empty refrigerator box and pounding on the outside or playing french foreign legion firing squad and shooting me in the stomach with bb guns – naw – didn’t happen (therapist called it denial – I said we never went to Egypt)

  15. Dustin 28 April 2008 at 3:40 pm #

I was an only child, so I would’ve had a nice comfy chair to sit in :) .

  16. Scott Fillmer 28 April 2008 at 3:57 pm #

I had a younger sister, and she would NEVER let me get away with that :)

  17. Micah Foster 28 April 2008 at 3:59 pm #

i was the youngest…but by 6 years…so, i had a lot of time as the “only child” at home…

therefore, i had no stool…and I was not a stool…i did wall sits.

  18. Paul 28 April 2008 at 4:00 pm #

Totally the one getting sat upon. My older sister used to throw hair-brushes at me until I would play bingo and watch Beverly Hills 90210 with her. Yeah…that’s it…she forced me to watch that show…

  19. Jamie 28 April 2008 at 4:02 pm #

Wow that might just be more amazing than your last post. I’m all mixed up, an only child but the oldest of three with my dad’s second marriage.

  20. Chris Baker 28 April 2008 at 4:03 pm #

Middle Child..between two sisters…so naturally…the one being sat on.

  21. The Domestic Goddess 28 April 2008 at 4:25 pm #

We were the siblings sitting in the car because my mom wouldn’t dream of taking us into a place like that since there were seven of us and she’d rather poke her eyes out with a rusty spoon.

  22. erin 28 April 2008 at 4:39 pm #

    only child

  23. wj 28 April 2008 at 4:55 pm #

Youngest, so totally the one being sat on. But I was a good youngest in that after I was made to sit there, I would’ve been bucking or suddenly dropping to the ground just to make sure that the score was even and my brother didn’t enjoy playing ;-)

  24. Derek Sweatman 28 April 2008 at 5:07 pm #

i’m the other kid watching. hands off kind of guy. “you want to sit on your brother, go ahead.”

  25. Shanda 28 April 2008 at 5:40 pm #

The one sat upon. Unfortunately I didn’t grow a back bone until I hit my mid-twenties.

  26. Isaac Downing 28 April 2008 at 5:57 pm #

I was ALWAYS the one sitting on top of my brother. And when I would lose at some video game (typically to him), he would recoil in fear because I would usually take it out on him.

    ME: $#&^!
HIM: I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to win!

    …good times.

  27. hodge 28 April 2008 at 6:00 pm #

The one telling both of them what to do.

  28. Judy 28 April 2008 at 6:01 pm #

The youngest. But I don’t think I ever would have let any of my siblings do THAT.

  29. Joni 28 April 2008 at 6:31 pm #

I was SO the chair. Like the time my big brother & sister tied my tricycle to a wagon and told me to pull it down a huge hill. Lots of fun until I saw the wagon passing me. Total wipe out!! And older siblings everywhere all say together what I was told that day, “don’t tell mom and dad or else…”

  30. Andy Denen 28 April 2008 at 7:02 pm #

I was the being sat on. But that’s just because I would want my little sister to enjoy herself, so I would do it willingly in order to make her happy.

    I spoil her.

  31. Pearmama 28 April 2008 at 7:10 pm #

The one chillin’ and getting his game on. HA I am the oldest, what can I say? :)

  32. Tim 28 April 2008 at 7:20 pm #

I was the sitter… I was a jerk. I still need to make a good amends with my brother.

  33. Chris Green 28 April 2008 at 7:46 pm #

I was a twin. So the kid under us would’ve been some little guy we found just standing around. We were mean.

  34. Karen Erickson 28 April 2008 at 9:02 pm #

I am a middle child that was regularly sat on. I have become very elusive in my old age though.

  35. Loran 28 April 2008 at 10:00 pm #

I was totally the one on my hands & knees. 2 brothers….Larry was playing the game and Gary was watching. I was youngest…YES…I did have brothers named Larry & Gary….it was an eppisode of “my 3 sons”

    Thanks los
I now need to go back into counseling….

  36. Amy 28 April 2008 at 10:20 pm #

oh definitely second born. older sister. i was sat on.

  37. Rhi 28 April 2008 at 10:25 pm #

HA! that’s a funny picture. as i’m 4.5 yrs older, i would’ve been the one sitting on him. too funny

  38. Rob 29 April 2008 at 2:31 am #

Sorry my childhood days I would have been the only one in the picture because I would have bullied my sisters away. What a man! Now I think my sisters can kick my butt…don’t tell them I said that. lol Thanks be to Christ I have been Delivered from the hate that lived in my heart!

  39. Kyle 29 April 2008 at 3:47 am #

  40. portorikan 29 April 2008 at 5:38 am #

I’m the one doing the sitting. I’m the oldest and was good with words.

  41. Amber Cox 29 April 2008 at 9:16 am #

    Hilarious!
I was the one instructing the other two.

  42. Happy Mommy 29 April 2008 at 10:42 am #

I’m an only child, so I pretty much got what ever I wanted and nobody sat on me!

  43. Emily 29 April 2008 at 12:14 pm #

I was definitely the kid being sat on. I’m the youngest so I never stopped being tortured, lied to, lied about, and blamed for stuff I didn’t do. I don’t think I ever experienced the beauty of sitting in a window seat in the car until I was about 8.

  44. Ken 29 April 2008 at 1:58 pm #

I was the youngest of 4…brother, 2 stepbrothers, and a stepsister…I’ll let you figure out which sibling I was. But working out pays off…I’m now the biggest! Haha

  45. alicia 29 April 2008 at 11:39 pm #

I was the one sitting – I still remember tricking my sister into giving me her quarter for my penny because mine was gold. :)

  46. Chad Maag 30 April 2008 at 7:09 am #

Only child here, had the environmental schizophrenia of being the oldest, middle, and youngest child all at once. You should have seen me trying to sit on myself…. not pretty.
