Look What Finally Arrived Today!!!
Tim Stevens has written an ESSENTIAL book in my area of ministry.
Pop Goes The Church
I had the privilege of reviewing it for Tim a few months back and now to see it arrive at Buckhead Church ready for my team to dive into it gives me all sorts of warm fuzzy feelings.
Quite seriously.
This book is almost worth memorizing.
It’s that good.
Order it here.
Look for a review soon.
Late.

I read the entire book last week when I got it hot off the press from Amazon. I agree with Los…memorize this puppy. The resource list alone is worth the purchase price. I went to Q the day after reading it, and I felt like Tim helped me evaluate what I heard there with a consistent framework. I wrote a review on my blog, http://www.coffeeshopjournal.com. I would give you the exact URL but hostGator has an internal server error going at the moment…locked out!

But seriously…Best read, most respectful of things churchy, inspiring, relevant…pick your adjective. I loved it.

OK – just went and ordered my copy and then went on a book buying binge. I’ve gotten very behind in my reading lately – so thanks for the little nudge to jump in again…

Love the guitar, comfy couch and mac in the background – life is good.

Definitely a good read. I’m about half way through it right now. I really like the hidden keywords for the website. Deb’s testimony was awesome! As Maria mentioned, the resource list is excellent. Thinking about getting a copy for everyone on the creative team.

Excellent book! I previewed it as well and it is a must read for anyone for and against engaging our pop culture in very real ways.
