What was the first song that you “made out” with your significant other too?
If you have no significant other…The last time it happened.

“Every Rose Has It’s Thorn” played live by a Poison tribute band… not kidding.
I don’t remember, but I also don’t care what anyone else says. Ryan wins.
Seriously.
still waiting for something significant enough to remember.
I’m with Robin on the first reply. 27 – never been. Honestly if all goes well I’d like to wait to my wedding day. So probably no song will be playing. But I’m old Skewl like that.
Drive by The Cars
Wow. Dixie Land Delight…compliments of Alabama.
No Idea what was playing, probably a movie. It was Dec 10, 2004.
Ryan winz (1) intrawebtubes.
Not just “Every Rose…” but “Every Rose…” by a tribute band? That is all wins and no losses in my book.
lenny kravitz.

Almost Paradise – from Footloose…
Well, the song I remember the most from when my wife and I were first dating was “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”…not, that I…um…had to, you know, convince her to be happy or anything….really.
“Coffee” by Copeland
…Still rocks our world…
Oh, and one time in middle school I kissed a girl off and on throughout the “Jagged Little Pill” album from Alanis Morissette… I was a lost child…
I’m with Shan – Robin and Chris should DEFINITELY go on a date
How cool – they can say, “we met on this cool blog”…

Glory of Love, by Peter Cetera =)
Hm.. the song would actually be “I like to move it move it” from the movie Madagascar, I believe. When they sing it during the credits.
James Horner’s score to the credits of Field of Dreams.
Catch with dad…. fade to black… aaaand proceed
It was the summer of 89, so there is no telling. I do however remember the location, the look in his eyes, and knowing he was the one. Considering my husband, it was probably Duran Duran’s “Palomino”. Very cool song!
Would you believe it was Paradise by the Dashboard Light? And I’m not even kidding. It was also in his car. Parked at the water front. But it was just kissing and hugging, honest.
Keith Sweat (omg, how is that alone not amazing)

It was some random baseball game on ESPN last summer. Yep, I definitely got to first base that day.
It was just before the last time, and the song was “It’s not true” by william fitzsimmons. It’s an amazing song, buy and learn how to play it
Song unknown, but I’m most certain it was Michael Bouble.
Michael W. Smith, “Friends”
At a MWS concert in Nashville.
My mother is right. I should be ashamed of myself.
I’m pretty sure it was “Delicate” by Damien Rice. Booyah. The second was to the entire “Space” album by Bleach.
For Judi and I it was “Bad” by U2. We listened to the entire record (yes, record) and when we got to “Bad” I made my move. There is no greater band.

First time my husband and I kissed was to Harry Connick Jr CD, Blue Light Red Light at Shasta Dam in Redding, CA. Then a Police Officer knocked on our window and told us to “move along”.
I had that happen, in the parking lot of St. Mike’s one night after a youth retreat. Sadly, we were the adult leaders.
There was this one time that the television channel got switched from MTV (you know back when it played music) to QVC.
Song? Not real sure, but I have a nice set up ceramic clowns balancing on a beach ball.
“Circle Slide” by The Choir… my husband and his roommates didn’t have any furniture in their apartment, or money for gas heat, so we were sitting on the carpet in his living room trying to stay warm near the wood stove.
Oh my Gosh! You crack me up. I don’t even think I know what song we made out to for the fisrt time. However I remember a movie, does that count? Now, this was not the first, but I don’t really remember, however this one sticks out in my mind for some reason, “The Thomas Crown Affair”.
Heather
Rage Against the Machine’s “Wake Up.”
I did finally wake up and realize the guy was all wrong. Ugh.
No song. I need silence to work my “magic” – What! What!
Also “Friends” by MWS. At least that’s my first musically inspired make-out session I can remember. Yes Michael, you woke up the nasty in me.
I don’t even remember… I know we listened to Rap and that my husband used to have a tongue ring, so what ever the song I’m sure it was interesting.
I have a great one (and it was carefully planned by my husband) – Bad // U2
“Feel like making love” by Bad Company
I kid! I Kid! Really, I’m too schmoov for music…we were actually outside.
June 18th, 1998 – listening to the debut Matchbox 20 album during first kiss.
June 18th, 1997 – listening to the debut Matchbox 20 album during first kiss.
Can’t fight this feeling by REO Speedwagon Circa 1985. Still makes me smile.
I love the post by Tunz…ESPN theme song…very cool!
Hm.. the song would actually be “I like to move it move it” from the movie Madagascar, I believe. When they sing it during the credits.

Chicago – Just You & Me
(Showing my age)
“Dixieland Delight” by Alabama

Amazed by Lonestar
I am sorry, what was the question… that photo of the horses really freaked me out
What ever was piping through the PA at Hartsfield-Jackson the evening of April 18, 2003.
Today we’ve been married 2 1/2 years. It was THAT good.
Oh wow…I have nothing significant to add to this at 29 years old (one day….) but I am aware of the fact I should pay attention now to the song when it happens…
And I laughed out loud so many times reading these comments…Priceless!
Don’t remember the song, but the movie was Weekend At Bernie’s!
It was Stryper. What do you mean song? It was the whole freaking album. Soldiers Under Command. And, we were soldiers.
Air Supply: Greatest Hits. “Frenched” to the whole album. At one time. Lots of times.
Don’t remember the song I made out to with my wife. I do know my first kiss ever was over “Prologue”…the song that preceded “The Great Adventure” on Steven Curtis Chapman’s Great Adventure project…
I know…it was cheesey.
don’t remember song but movie was Dazed and Confused. 1997. Ask your audio man about that!
bambi.
my high school boyfriend and I used to make out to “new kid in town” by the Eagles, “don’t worry, baby” by the Beach Boys and all of Led Zeppelin IV. don’t really remember which song came along first for us, but all were fine choices!
i’d have to go back to my first “make-out-in-a-theater” moment … during the Jamaican bobsled song during Cool Runnings!
