OK. Here it is. Time to bring it not sing it.
Simple to join.
1. You must have a measurable goal.
2. You must place a photo or video on your blog each weekend and give us the scoop on how you did.

    No video, no picture. But I did a 5k Susan Komen breast cancer walk today. I am measuring. For me to go 3k was a good day, 5 darn near killed me.

    Well, i posted. I didn’t realize this week is week two. I ate terrible, and excercised very little due. Found out my scale was 20some odd pounds too light :( So i started an additional competition at work! Bring on the weight loss!!!

    Not sure about EVERY week…but I’ll give it a go. Unlike you, Los, I get kinda weirded out by sharing this stuff with people in the blogosphere. So…we’ll see. :) I’m in, yes, but maybe not documenting as much as y’all.

    do you always weigh yourself with the scale on the carpet? that can really mess up what your actual total is. just sayin’.

    I may join tomorrow. I have to think of something that I can measure. I have already lost 32 lbs and went from almost a 36 in waist to between a 30 & 32 depending on the make of jeans…a lot of people have told me to stop losing weight because I look more like a teenager than a man now, so…that rules those two things out. Thinking…

    My goal for June, July & August: Run 300 miles, ike 1000 miles, & get my weight down to 160lbs. I’m tryng to get ready to run the Thanksgiving Day marathon in ATL. & It helps that I’m only about 7 miles to where I work so, I’m close enough to be able to bike to work.

    This week I:
    Ran – 24.6 miles
    Biked – 27.5 miles
    Current weight – 180

    This month I:
    Ran – 70 miles
    Biked – 54.95 miles
    Lost 4 lbs

    So far this year I’ve:
    Run – 231.4 miles
    Biked – 54.95 miles
    Lost 20 lbs

    Go Ragamuffin Tops Go!!!!!!!

    Ok I have posted. I am trying to find a way to get picks or video but I have neither to really use for that so I may not have pics for now. My goal is 20 lbs in the next two months and beat my friend in our little competition. Although I hope to lose more than 20 lbs. I am walking/running 4 miles 3 times a week which is a big improvement and playing soccer 1 to 2 times a week. Hope the weight just comes off. I have been eating healthy it helps that I don’t eat meat (well I eat seafood). Thanks for the reminder.

    I’ve now officially used about 1.5 hours of my packing time to make a video, read about all the people doing this challenge, and try to put my post on my blog. It’s waiting on a couple things … to be posted asap.

    Anyway, I’m in … it’ll be your fault when I go to leave for Jakarta next week and am not ready!!! :)

    Do you know that losing wait doesnt help and you will become heavier in the end if you dont change your entire lifestyle… that is a fact (psychology)

    ok, 10lbs, that’s what I want to lose by July. I am going to do some floor exercizes, eat less bad things and pray my 40 yr old matabolism responds.

    I gained weight this week! But like you said, I think it’s all muscle… uh… yeah… that’s it, muscle!

    there’s no blog for me…hopefully you won’t kick me to the curb because of it…my goal: 86lbs by May ‘09…I’d like to start my 43rd year as the healthy thing I once was…I am upping walking my dogs and trying to add more vegetables to my diet…my love affair with Coca-Cola will continue :)

    Just closed on our first house and am in the middle of a crazy transition, but rest assured that I’m with you bro. Consider me a week behind.

    I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of the “great community” that we talked about at Bahama Breeze, but your commitment to accountability in this place is awesome. You rock, brother!

    This is great! I need to get under the 200 pound range – and I’ll try to do that before Christmas 2008. Praying for y’all to stand firm and look to the Lord for help in this challenge.
