RagamuffinTop Challenge // 13
OK. Here it is. Time to bring it not sing it.
Simple to join.
1. You must have a measurable goal.
2. You must place a photo or video on your blog each weekend and give us the scoop on how you did.
3. You must link back here so that the readers of your blog get to see how the rest of us are failing or succeeding.
4. You fill out the linky thing below and then people can get to your blog from my front page and we can cheer each other on.
Got it?
I took the week off because of last week.
Pray I have healed well.
How are you guys doing?
Los

Haven’t been around in a few weeks. Hope you guys are all still training strong. I’ve been training – just not posting.
This week finishes up the challenge for me. I lost 15lbs over the summer – so this has been great motivation for me. Thanks for the encouragement.
Now – it’s on to hard training for the Atlanta marathon on Thanksgiving day. Maybe I’ll see some of you guys there.
Los…rest that kneee – I know it’s no fun. You’re in my prayers.
Hope all is well. Have you received the Gel Shots yet?? Praying for healing of your and Heather’s “running instruments”.
Totally unrelated, but forgot to mention…I was talking to our music coordinator this morning about online sermons we listen to and I mentioned Andy Stanley. Turns out she and her family are from some town(can’t remember the name) south of Atlanta and she said they used to watch Andy on the screen from Buckhead. You’re well represented in Germany!!
Praying that your knee heals up soon Los.
D-day for me is this coming weekend…6km fun run. Pray my calf holds up.
Have a great week everyone!
Back to the beginning for me. I haven’t lost weight but I’ve dialed in some health solutions. Hopefully that will help.
I set my goal to lose 29 lbs before Sept… and I met my goal today. Started at 189lbs in June, weighed in at 160lbs this morning. I thought the scale was broken and had to get on and off it several times to make sure. It took 3 months but am stunned I was able to do it. I’m proud of this accomplishment.
Been wanting to do this for a while and finally took the plunge. I am gonna bring it.
