Hey guys. As part of the LifeShare Challenge, I’m going to be leading worship tonight at 9PM EST in front of my laptop for you.

Weird. I know. But rad at the same time…

I’m trying to put together a set list for what might be the first online small group worship set in Mogulus history.

LOL.

Songs???

Are you two or three hours away from your old west-coasters? I can’t remember the time difference, at the moment. (Too early here?)

Song suggestions (not necessarily in this order):
    The Stand
    Everlasting God
Yesterday, Today and Forever (Vicky Beeching)

How long are you leading for?

    The Heart of Worship
    Mighty To Save
    Let God Arise

    <3 God bless you!

Los, will this be available to check out later? I doubt Fusion will be over in time tonight to catch it live…but I want to see this!

    Joshua:

We did Healer the other night during Prophetic Worship service.

5 hours of nothing but praise and worship. Sooner than later, you are going to have to sing Healer.

You know what? It was beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.

    joe -

i’m not going to hijack this thread… but in my humble opinion, i would rather not ever do healer. it’s not because i have anything against the song, but to me worship should be solely focused on God… and i can’t help but have my mind wander to the events surrounding that song. so, to me, that song is a speed bump in my journey to get closer to god through musical worship.

    that is all ;-)

  17. joebrim 21 September 2008 at 10:24 am #

hmmm…. healer would be great too. i just think its awesome how god can use some of the most imperfect people to glorify god. cause there’s no doubt about it, that song is amazing. it just sucks that the situation gets in peoples way. i dont know. thats just how i think of it.

I am POUTING that I can’t be there tonight–I already have a date scheduled with my husband. (Silly husband. :) ) But if I’m not too late…sing Mighty To Save.

  25. Jonathan 21 September 2008 at 11:45 am #

  28. John 21 September 2008 at 12:26 pm #

One of the greatest worship songs ever (IMHO) is a Thousand Foot Krutch song called Small Town.
I have to say, that for me, it represents what Lifeshare is all about.

  29. Mr. Police Man 21 September 2008 at 1:33 pm #

There are issues behind the writer but the song rocks.

    Hillsong’s – Healer

Casting Crowns’ – Praise you in this storm

Bryan Hitch’s -(92′) “A Nail” from his CD, More than Conquerors

    Mercy Me’s – Unaware

Kutless – Jesus Lord of Heaven

and anything from MOI and Kirk Franklin (Personally love “Rain down on my from Franklin)

Most will not know Bryan Hitch. Best song I’v heard about God being our Daddy.

  30. Russ 21 September 2008 at 1:46 pm #

    haha, nice…but not the first.

I’ve led a few worship sessions on mogulus in the last few months. Definitely a fun way to utilize mogulus.

Gotta go old school and do that oldie chorus “God is So Good”

    ah yeah.
