17 weeks ago, I started doing this RagamuffinTop Challenge. I was pushing 300 lbs, and I was so unhappy with myself and my weight. I set a goal of 10% of my body weight as an initial goal. This past Saturday, I reached and passed that goal. During the process, I have learned to eat better. I have really gotten into jogging. Heck, I even ran a 5k. I have lost 34 pounds so far, but more importantly, I got my life back. So thanks, brother, for inspiring all of us and making that possible. You just might have saved a life.
I’m in a marathon in four weeks in NorCal. I was just wondering if you were still training. How’s it going for you?
