My Twitter Marathon
Long Beach Marathon.
Truth be told.
I have serious doubts to my body’s ability to do this.
I stopped training 6 weeks ago.
But you will know…
Because although I said I would not…
I found a great way to “carry my Twitter” during my run.
So for those not on twitter yet or have stopped following me because I twitter 2314 times a day…
Follow me tomorrow.

It will be an epic success or failure.
Either way…
You’ll be entertainied.
Here is a map for your twitter updates and where I will be.

So there you have it.
As far as I can tell, no one has ever twittered their marathon before.
I’m going to try.
I’m thinking it will at least get me one extra mile before I wilt into a pile of hormonal mess.
Twitterthon,
Los

brilliant. i’ll be watching… well when i wake up.
You can do it.. (Waterboy)
I fired off a prayer for you, Los. =) Have fun tomorrow!
Good luck this morning, brother. Just remember, slow and steady finishes the race. No matter how good you feel in the first 10 miles, run slower than you think you should. You’ll need that energy when you get to the 20-mile mark. You can do it!
Oh yeah…When you get home, rent and watch “Run, Fatboy, Run.”
Good luck!
Los,
I clicked over to the marathon website and choose one of the photos there as my desktop background so I would remember to pray for you and Heather all morning and afternoon. God speed – literally : )

i’ll try to follow you. o why did you stop training? just take it e mile at a time.
I’m running a marathon in NorCal next week. But I won’t be twittering. I’ll be in the redwoods where my cell phone has no bars…
oops….. “chose” not choose
I have to remember to proofread.

You are one multi-talented dude. Running a marathon AND twittering? I am impressed.
Sending prayers for rest and a masseuse to magically appear in your house tonight. : )
Michelle
what?! how in the world does one type and run?! LOL.
Just checked….looks like you all are doing awesome!!
you guys are amazing…i just checked your twitter and saw that you guys were at 21 miles about an hour ago, so you’re probably done by now. you guys are motivating me to think about trying a marathon (some day)…i’ll have to get over my “3 mile max” hump
.
can’t wait to hear an update! btw, it was great seeing you guys yesterday…we’ll miss y’all. have a safe trip back.

Wow. Y’all are amazing! Congrats on finishing!
That is just so exciting! I want to do it! Hey, I have the best idea. You and Heather should try out for Amazing Race. No, seriously. I bet you would totally get picked if you tried out!
Congratulations!!! I think it’s really cool that you guys did they entire thing together, btdub. Hope you recover the ability to walk on your own again soon
That’s really cool that you guys ran hand in hand. I was going to run the Chicago marathon on Sunday, but “postponed” my marathon debut until the spring.
Way to stick with it! You’ve inspired me to follow through!
