disclaimer:: I haven't watched the above clip yet, but I want to say that I am Happy. and I absolutely HATE the words “amazing” and “awesome”. I think they are WAY over-used, just like the work Love is way over-used. (I am definitely guilty of over-using that word). I just thought I would share and I realize that this may have nothing to do with the above. peace!
Guy sums it up perfectly around 2:20 when talking about the guy who feels he is owed wi-fi on a plane.
I need to be reminded daily of the advantages we have at our disposal. Sure, the world is jacked up, but we still have more opportunities, comforts, etc. available to us than ever before.
I totally agree. Someone from my generation was whining the other day about the economy…he has a huge television, ipod, cell phone, great apartment, good job, health insurance, a car…it's mind boggling. And I gotta confess…I've told those plane stories too.
That's great! I wonder how happy people were back in the day, but I think his comments are very true: everything is amazing and almost nobody is happy.
hilarious… the wifi comment on the plane about brings it all to a point… although that is totally killer to have wifi on a plane, can't wait until it is mainstream

“You are sitting in a chair in the sky.”
Amazing and Awesome.
Eye Opener for sure… Reading a book called “In Praise Of Slowness”, It's making me think about concepts just like this.
I usually find it hard to tolerate Louis CK because he is so crass but when he ain't cussin' he can be quite hilarious!
He is my hero!!!
