Dude, i'm scared. I ate Arby's today and had a rice krispy square from Starbucks. And my wife is out of town, so no cooking. Looks like I'm going to Subway everyday, every meal. It's safe when I'm alone. lol.

I 3rd the notion to wait for December 26th….. I'm in on the 26th..

I lost 30 a few years back on WW in almost 3 months. It can be done, but the first 2 weeks hurt.

I've been doing Weight Watchers since August, and I'm down 28 pounds. I still have 36 to go. I'm totally in with you and I agree that WW rocks. I love that we can eat anything as long as we budget for it.

Weekly Weigh-in sounds good. I am doing something on my blog that is more than just about losing weight…but I can post numbers here too.

Spouselet and I are starting with the next round of the Biggest Loser…1/6/9 baby!

  20. Annie B (Kyoodled) 20 December 2008 at 5:53 pm #

In. I already started on Tuesday. I figured that if I waited until AFTER the holidays, I'd have another 5 pounds to lose and what fun would that be? So I bit the bullet (or should I say the carrot stick) and went for it. You beat me though.
Tuesday am: 160 (I have NEVER weighed this – I have a very small build)
    Saturday am: 157
Down 3 pounds!!! Woo hoo for me!

Congrats…but men can lose weight just thinking about it. My hubby can cut back on one Little Debbie per day and lose 20 pounds in a month. Throw high levels of estrogen into the mix, and ladies like me literally have to starve to lose a pound…the only thing I lost any significant weight on was a cleansing diet, but after 30 days living on little more than liquids gets old.

I do wish you all the best, but unless you're willing to live on a diet the rest of your life they basically don't work. You can never go back to the old habits if you wish to keep it off.

I can participate this time around…since I am actually doing something to watch the number decrease :)

    211.

  24. Mochaprincess 21 December 2008 at 8:35 pm #

I will join you! When do we begin?

  25. gail 25 December 2008 at 11:49 am #

i'll get in on the mix. not to lose weight but to get back to being active and eating more healthily.

  26. Jennifer Griffin 26 December 2008 at 2:59 am #

I'm in! I starting WW two weeks ago! Before that it was just losing from depression. I am down 22 pounds. I have alot more to go!

  27. Nick_Hempsey 26 December 2008 at 10:20 am #
