That's sick… If he had a blog/vlog he would have a bunch of little girls watching and reading! Great Stuff, cool to see him grow up through this blog!

If he had a blog/vlog I would be watching and reading.

This kid will be leading worship at a church before he can drive.

The creativity of God is amazing! To see it spill out of a child so excellently points so much to Him. He is the source of creativity and gifting, and your son has been richly blessed with an ear and skill.

Not to burst bubbles here, but that isn't Losiah, people. That is Sungha Jung, an 11-year-old guitar prodigy from Korea.

Playing like that as an 11 year old is just sick, but considering that Losiah was still two last time I checked… that would be insane!

Keep dreaming and hoping, Los! One day this might be your little man!

Sorry…. should I delete my post and have Los delete his so that we can see how many more people congratulate Los for adopting a little Korean Jimmy Hendrix? :)

And I got the joke, Los…. of course, I did do a double take to make sure that you hadn't posted his little face onto somebody else's body. ;)

Thanks for posting this. I think I just listened to half his videos on youtube. It's really amazing work at any age.

One thing that stuck me is how planned out his life is. He picked up the guitar at 9 and on that day, like it or not, his life changed forever. I've worked hard in my field since I was 12 (25 this coming Saturday) I can't even imagine being my age and basically knowing that I'll never be out of a job, much less 11. I can barely imagine the pressure of the expectations placed on him. It's not like he can just put down the guitar even if he wanted to. In some ways I feel sorry for him.

Dude…please tell me that you've given Losiah a guitar. That could be him soon. Get your girls playing stuff and you could have a family band! Ha!

  21. joe brim 5 January 2009 at 4:13 am #

that's insane in the membrane. insane in the brain.

  22. Christen 5 January 2009 at 4:17 am #

This kid rocks….almost as much as Little Los! Before I hit play, I thought, aw Losiah got a haircut. Maybe Happy Day will be his first song :)

  23. djbyron 5 January 2009 at 5:04 am #

Do you have any extra 'intent to stop playing guitar' forms laying around?

  24. srtelle 5 January 2009 at 7:30 am #

That kid was tearing it up! Thanks for posting that, Los.

  25. JenniClayville 5 January 2009 at 8:08 am #

I'm wondering why you posted a video of me playing this "beginners" song from when I was a kid. I had a really bad haircut, ok???

What??? Don't all Asians look alike?

  26. Pastor_T 5 January 2009 at 8:34 am #

  27. tjgillies 5 January 2009 at 12:01 pm #

Cool video. Insanely jealous of the little man's skilz, but still cool. ;)
And I just wanted to say… REALLY LIKE THE NEW LOOK HERE! Simple, yet eye-catching… or vice versa. Very nice. :D
