white

So when I moved to Atlanta in August of ‘07 I had 4 white hairs in my beard.
I now have 11.
So I ask you…
Do I pluck them or go Arias on them mugs?

You decide…

Los, in this day and age, we should strive for unity, not segregation. I say you should leave your disenfranchised whiskers alone!

  4. TonkaSal 13 January 2009 at 9:40 am #

Just shave it all…. And stay young forever, well at least till you get old.

I saw KanYe sporting a greying beard on some magazine cover, so that must be what's in. Keep 'em.

  6. mvband 13 January 2009 at 9:51 am #

dye those things up!!! i'm about to start with mine.

  7. Jon 13 January 2009 at 9:51 am #

Just get rid of one so you can have an even 10.

  8. Nathan 13 January 2009 at 9:54 am #

Just For Men Gel… You'll look so natural, no one can tell.

  9. Heidi 13 January 2009 at 10:01 am #

Leave them be. If you anger them they may revolt and bring friends!

  10. Tim 13 January 2009 at 10:02 am #

Whatever you do, DON'T COLOR THEM!!! They will come out all yellowish. The colors never match and always look worse than going natural. Take it from someone who has been salt and pepper since his twenties. Let 'em grow and look distinguished is my advice.

    I found a few on my hubby's head recently… http://www.dalebest.com/2008/12/two-gray-hairs.ht...

    …I think they're sophisticated…leave 'em be!

  12. Pastor_T 13 January 2009 at 10:06 am #

Yeah, I dyed mine black once, along with every hair on my head and my wife says I looked, #1 like I was 14 and #2 like a complete MORON. I know, such a loving, supportive wife, but I have since been of the opinion that shaving, plucking and dyeing brings a lil "fakeness" with it. I'll stay gray…or white, whatever comes.

I say leave 'em be. They're not hurting anybody. Unless you pull 'em out. Then they'll hurt. You. Alot.

  14. Keith Barger 13 January 2009 at 10:42 am #

And their friends will bring friends. It's like a high school kegger

    I say let 'em go.

And were you a lumberjack today?

  16. Carmen W. 14 January 2009 at 1:22 am #

Go Arias, but shorter. Love, Mom

  17. Cody 14 January 2009 at 1:49 am #

    grow em'
I think it be pretty rad with a shaved head.

  18. Dean Cooper 14 January 2009 at 2:51 am #

Atlanta traffic will do that to you. Stop shaving your head and watch the damage the that has been done up there grow out.

Grey all the live long day!
I just found my first patch the other day!

Do not, I repeat, do NOT pull your white beard hairs. They are a reflection of your coolness. Just look at Sean Connery.

I can't believe you have a "beards" tag on your blog… that's why I keep coming back.

Die looks goofy, plucking makes you bald and HURTS! Let it ride Man. I like mine. It's those dare gray nose hairs that are a pain in the butt!!!

  22. TheAbercrombie 14 January 2009 at 4:56 am #

was it lumberjack day at Buckhead?

  23. david zulueta 13 January 2009 at 9:03 pm #

Pluck while you still can… there may come a time when you wont be able to hide ‘em anymore

  24. Dude 14 January 2009 at 5:30 am #

Keep them. You are young, attractive, hip and analytical. They only make you look cooler and wiser.

I started graying in elementary school (the hair on my head, not a beard). And my dad who was about 50 at the time and fully gray (and was supposedly born with gray hair) told me that it's better to be gray than bald. After dying my hair a few times in junior high, I eventually agreed. Now they just look like strategically placed highlights. : )

"Gray hair is a crown of splendor; it is attained by a righteous life."
    Proverbs 16:31

  26. Jason Cole 14 January 2009 at 7:41 am #

I decided long ago to keep mine. Its kinda cool if you ask me.

  27. bryan hill 14 January 2009 at 10:20 am #

Roll with them…..My dad recently asked me if I brushed up against some paint.
He went completely grey/white at the age of 38….I turn 37 next year.

    DO NOT PLUCK THEM!!!
For every one you pluck, two grow back in it's place.
Plus, it's just sexy. My hubby is starting to go grey, and he has a new level of attractiveness in my eyes.
    Fo sho!

  29. Ed_Sugarman 14 January 2009 at 12:18 pm #

in brace your inner metro and pluck!

  30. Donna 14 January 2009 at 12:31 pm #

    Hmmmm what to do ~

    Proverbs 16:31

it is attained by a righteous life.

When I was 30 our daughter was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes, she was 2 and in PICU for 3 days. Within a MONTH I had HUNDREDS of gray hairs!!

This last year we have been in the process of a very complications riddled adoption from Ethiopia, Sure I am now 40, but lets just say,the Gray hairs are TRYING to take over!!!

Thank God for Hair color in a bottle!

Stress WILL turn your hair gray!
