Art For Huruma – IT’S FINISHED!!!
A few weeks ago I blogged about this.
2 friends of mine, Barton and Promise, collaborated on an AMAZING project to raise awareness for a childrens home in Kenya called Huruma.
In short, the Huruma Children’s Home houses over 150 children and has some great needs to provide shelter and facilities where these kids can live and learn.
They would straight up send each other files and sprinkle some special sauce on the concept from their respective parts of the country.
What follows is what resulted from this monster collaboration…

Well if I owned one of those shirts that would prolly be the coolest, but right now I've got a lot of Young Life t-shirts with really sweet designs on them. I don't know which is the coolest, doesn't matter cuz none of them really fit anymore anyway.

I like this shirt, but, Abreadcrum & Fish is easily the best shirt that I own. It's just an easy conversation starter. You can't go wrong with that. Oh and did I mention that it looks like the pop-brand 'Abercrombie and Fitch'? So neat-o, such a testimony!

I got to see Barton talk a little bit about how he made the first part of this graphic at the gurus of tech conference. Amazing work.
My favorite shirt I use to own was a shirt that said "ME 30! I Demand a Recount"
But this shirt was so cool that someone stole it from me and I have not seen it sense.
I always have my wolf hauling at the moon shirt left to comfort me though.

My coolest shirt is one that has a picture of Jesus and the words "Love Revolution". Even more awesome was that it is fairtrade, organic and a charity fundraiser. http://www.etiko.com.au/urban/fairtrade_tees.html...

Thanks for posting about this when they first started, i had a lot of fun watching the different stages come together of this project! The final design is amazing!! Thanks for the introduction to the cause they are supporting as well.

My coolest shirt is the first one my husband and I ever screen printed ourselves. It's a tractor he drew with the caption "Midwest Love." 'Cause I'm from the Midwest, I live in the Midwest, and I dig it. Oceans are over-rated. No Coast for life, baby.
I really like the print except for the orange dot on his eye really bugs me, but I may still get it anyway. The colors are really cool.
I have a childrenscup.org shirt that is my favorite it's black with a red continent of Africa on it and on the back it says "It's about the Children".
I will soon be printing up some cool t's myself.

two of the best tshirts i have are…
one that has block hot pink capital letters saying "ALL I NEED IS YOU"
and another one that i got from Encounterfest years ago that says "UNITED-FEEL FREE TO CHANGE THE WORLD"
i really like the LIME colour… its a bit pricey though when converted to Malaysian currency.
