Reviewing yourself on video is one of the best things you can do to grow in your skill set.
I do it all the time.
You find things that you never knew you did.
I thought after 15 years of leading worship I had seen enough video to catch all my wierd spasms, habits, and mistakes.
Until I saw this…

What have you caught yourself doing or saying?
And did I just refer to myself as Los?

    I was in the grocery store yesterday talking to myself as usual. What made it weird was that I started to talk to myself about how I talk to myself all the time. That was weird, and I never want to do that again.

    HA!! I like that. What’s wrong with winking at someone? I hate the patting of the side hip that EVERY worship leader without an Instrument seems to do but I catch myself doing it! I need to start playing the Tamborine or something!

    Today I was teaching a lesson on modesty at a girls retreat and realized I used the words hooker, hoe and the phrase “you’re husband won’t want a reception” within 5 minutes. Woops. It caused me to then do the obnoxious stand swivel while I tried to keep my composure instead of busting up laughing at the words that just came out of my mouth.
