I can understand that corporate America looks like this “poop on those below” you structure…
But when your church starts resembling this pooping structure…
It’s time to rethink your structure.

    Amen. Sadly true. But take heart church! There is a massive need for change, but there is still MASSIVE beauty for you to radiate! Do not gossip about the church, show it how to change. Love. Love is our answer!

    I have also seen the opposite…where the pastor was sitting on the bottom rung. (More common in the smaller churches)

    Sadly this happens to our kids in culture today. Since they can’t climb the ladder, they get pooped on by parents, teachers and anyone else bigger. Sorry for the downer comment…I work with kids and immediately thought of the correlation.

    Yet… have you seen what poop does for gardens? It has beautiful potential if you let in the water and the light :)
