My quatralingual atrerelical systematic pressure phase recalling of the 2nd artrical quadrant

Posted on 07. Dec, 2009 by loswhit in Authenticity

So I have been getting these “pains” that last less than a second and sort of pulse above my ear and behind my temple pretty regularly the last month or so. I put the word “pain” in quotation marks because it doesn’t even hurt. It’s more of a nuisance than anything.
I went to the doc when this was going on in April and he said it was a nerve. Then it went away.
Now it’s back.
It could be a nerve.
It could be a headache.
It could be a pulsating quatralingual atrerelical systematic pressure phase recalling the 2nd artrical quadrant.
I don’t know what the crap it is.
But what I do know is that it is sucking my focus away from where it should be.
And that is living everyday like it’s my last.
Instead I’m living everyday trying to protect it from being my last with more WebMD clicks than Tiger’s got irons.

The crazy thing is…
I’ve got my head thingy… you’ve got your thingy.
We are all broken and gonna flee this mess of a world one day.
So I give you permission to have the best day of your life tomorrow.
Even with your quatralingual atrerelical systematic pressure phase recalling of the 2nd artrical quadrant.
Or whatever the crap your problem is.
It’s better that way.
Los

It’s stress! I promise. You NEED to relax and start doing yoga or something to detangle your body :)

Spontaneous miraculous regeneration is what the doctor ordered ;)

      Stress!!!
      Why would I be stressed?
Maybe because I quit my job, started a business, recorded a full length album, decided to move to Chicago, all in 2 months? lol

I can totally identify. For most of the past 15 years or so, I have had chronic lower back pain of varying degrees. It’s amazing how something like that can sap your motivation and energy, and send your attitude on a downturn.

I try to fight through it, but some days it wins.

I am going to have the best day of my life tomorrow, and smack this thing in the mouth in the process.

    Thanks, Los.

Awesome, totally relevant post for me today! Thank Los!

As I lay here on the couch going on 8 weeks of bed rest and the medication to stop contractions is making me feel like I’m sitting in the oven, it’s way too easy to feel miserable. So, tomorrow I will have the best day of my life!

And you make sure to have the best day of your life too!

Is it on the left side of your head??? From 2006 to 2009 I had what sounds like the exact same thing. I never went to the doctor… I kept hearing Arnold Schwartzeneger in my head saying “its a tuma.” I took Iburofen 4 at a time twice a day at times. It finally went away when I came home to a healthy place of ministry. I am 100% sure it was stress. Nevertheless, I’ll be praying for you.

    Los,

Great perspective shifting post. Thanks for the words – “We are all broken and gonna flee this mess of a world one day.”

We do not get to choose the beginning or the end but only how we will live and the Glory will will give will in the middle. LIVE ON – FULL ON!

Thanks Los! But I didn’t need permission. I needed decision. Maybe the one precipitated the other…

    Hmmmmm…

Anyway, tomorrow is my birthday and it will be an amazing day!

I am CONVINCED that WebMD is the devil. Everytime I go on to try a see symptoms of something simple like a stomach or head ache, I leave the site convinced I have some form of cancer or braim tumor or shingles or hepatitis or something else I don’t have.
Oh how I love the internet!

okay..so I was going to say the same thing! haha. Seriously, don’t go to Web MD. Every time I go, I think I’m about to have a full blown panic attack. Anyways, praying all the best for you man!

If it’s just stress, I read this blog the other day about an elf with a crazed look and the emotional havoc he wreaked on one family. I laughed all my stress away just reading it.

Anne Jackson may have a career in dentistry!! She might be right. . . TMJ . . . directly related to stress!! Easy to fix, though!

In-ears? I guess we have permission to pray for you too? :)

Thanks for the encouragement to re-focus. I agree that rest is likely the best cure for now. Go to more doctors if it continues.

Also, I love how you had to have a mention of Tiger in your post. You are so timely.

I’m definately going to have the best day of my life tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement! Seriously!

I’ve had a twitch in my right eyelid for the last month or more…doc says it could be stress, low electrolytes, lack of sleep, or all of the above…but nothing to be overly concerned about. That’s fine except I have to often hold my right eye lid down in order to focus on what I’m doing and makes for very awkward conversations…..
