The pic of the Whit boys is too cute. Keep em coming! God bless!
Love what God is doing through your little blessing “Losiah”! BTW, I’ve been following you on Twitter forever, and retweeted it the minute I saw it, then put it on my Facebook later that evening. God is working through the internet! P.S. We are currently awaiting dossier approval for our Philippine Adoption! If your even in Hawaii got a great church for you to worship/play at http://www.enewhope.org.
Done! Happy eating!
Hello! I am curious if you’d consider allowing a Young Life camp to use your music for their summer highlight videos. I oversee the Northern California camp called Woodleaf and I’d love to be able to use your music. Thought you might be interested as it might get your name out to some high schoolers/leaders on the west coast. We have 10 weeks of camp with an average of 350-400 campers per week. On each video your music is used, we would be able to give full credits – obviously – and site where they would be able to purchase your music. I’d love to hear if you’re interested.
Thanks!

sure!!!
Would love to adopt, but apparently not in the cards for us. I’m 38, no risk factors, and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last summer. I have one child who is autistic (11) and a 5-year-old who prays several times a day, every day that we will adopt a baby. I think maybe one day she will adopt a child as God has adopted all of us. God is so good! BTW, I love what you said about Christians being disturbed. It’s very true. Sometimes God takes us places we never want to go in order to get where He wants us (and ultimately where we want us) to be. May you ponder in awe the bittersweet wonder of His sacrifice this Good Friday. See you on the other side!
Do you feel like you are taking advantage of your son? I enjoyed the video, however the way you worded your post and the picture makes it appear that way.
Best of luck to your music career.

So no.
My music is the way that we eat.
Your family is cute. Your son is adorable. As an adult adoptee (adopted from S. Korea), I cringed at your plug here for adoption. Going and getting yourself a kid sounds very much like advocating the purchase of a hot item. I’d never want any person (esp your son) to feel like he was a hot purchase. Adopting can’t just be about doing a good deed or trying to have as cool a family as you (and other celebs). I think it’s important for you to talk about wanting a child as a reason as equal to it being a ‘cool’ or God-loving thing to do. I liked your single ladies video because it showed a very normal family moment – it’s not a video about adoption and being different (let ignorant people see it that way). Too many kids end up in less than fair situations because their adoptive parents were well-meaning (but just well-meaning and nothing more). Or worse, they just wanted to be cool like that. Get themselves an exotic kid and the attention that is attached to it. (Not assuming this was your reasoning – but when preaching to such a large crowd you have to know they are out there.) I’m not saying this as a bitter adoptee – I have a wonderful relationship with my family who adopted because after giving birth to two boys they still desired more children. But I’ve been listening to adoptee voices my entire life and their voice on adoption is important, even if sometimes hard to take. Not to tell you how to do things – just a suggestion if not a plea from someone who looks at your sweet boy’s face and thinks “been there.”
Best to you and your family.
Rebecca (aka ??)
totally agree.
