So here’s the deal…
There are some people that are good at hiring.
Then there are some people that are GREAT at hiring.
Then there are some people that are all but annointed when it comes to putting the right person in the right church.
My buddy William Vanderbloemen is that guy.
He has started the Vanderbloemen Search Group with the sole focus of helping connect the right ministries with the right key staff people.
The cool thing about this season in my ministry life is that I have the capacity to partner along side William and team to help churches find the right creative, worship, music, production, key roles on their staff.
