I like the t-shirts! its part of your whole authentic “be real” campaign. don’t you dare start worrying about how you’re dressed!

    praying for ya’ll!

  2. Jim King 20 May 2010 at 8:11 pm #

Nah…keep the t-shirts. Be yourself, Los. You don’t look the polo shirt type. But, you should rock some Ninja Turtles on the shirt. That would be awesome.

  3. Shane 20 May 2010 at 8:13 pm #

Keep the shirt, it’s who you are, but next time make sure the make-up person attend to your head. The lights reflecting off of it is distracting to me…

  4. Jenn 20 May 2010 at 8:14 pm #

Don’t lose your t-shirts, just be yourself! Where’s your third tattoo? I love when he asked you to show your tattoos, “if you’re able to”. I had no idea you had that many readers of your blog. That’s just blowing my mind right now…

  5. theasaff 20 May 2010 at 8:22 pm #

definitely keep the t-shirts! they are part of you. changing that would hinder the authenticity that you have, i think.

i also laughed at the “if you’re able to” comment on the tattoos!

your head was a bit shiny… but that’s ok too! :)

  6. Jennifer 20 May 2010 at 8:50 pm #

Don’t lose the t-shirts. Why be anything other than who you are?!

  7. Jay Doak 20 May 2010 at 9:56 pm #

How did you make it passed security dressed like that?

  8. Jennifer 20 May 2010 at 10:18 pm #

nah… t-shirts are you… dress clothes would be weird. haha. do what you do!

  9. Renee 20 May 2010 at 10:51 pm #

    Nope, keep the t-shirts.

  10. Stephen Stonestreet 20 May 2010 at 11:04 pm #

Absolutely not. t-shirt all the way. be yourself.

  11. Lori Grace 20 May 2010 at 11:12 pm #

You lose the shirt and I will lose that very feeling of authenticity that you described in the video. The T is so the Ragamuffin Soul!

  12. Doug 20 May 2010 at 11:37 pm #

Be you. If you get the sense to put on something more dressy, then go for it. Live you clothes like you live your life.

  13. JoJo 20 May 2010 at 11:45 pm #

you are who you are and we love that about you!

  14. Charlie 20 May 2010 at 11:51 pm #

You mentioned authenticity several times during the interview. Nothing wrong with walking the talk brother. Stay true…

  15. dave miers 20 May 2010 at 11:54 pm #

    authenticity = t-shirt

    • dave miers 20 May 2010 at 11:56 pm #

or you could dress like snoop dogg in starsky & hutch…

  16. Steve 21 May 2010 at 1:31 am #

    No. Be real, be you.

  17. fermin-your dad 21 May 2010 at 2:05 am #

    Keep the tshirt

  18. Johnny Laird 21 May 2010 at 5:03 am #

Maybe the other dude should dump the suit! ;-)

Good job on the show, Los

Let your kids pick out your t-shirt of the day! Now that could really be fun!

  20. tyson 21 May 2010 at 8:33 am #

Did i miss the third tattoo?

    • Rachel 21 May 2010 at 9:44 am #

      i was wondering the same…

  21. Lori 21 May 2010 at 9:56 am #

Keep the shirt, it goes with what is on the cover, and it is YOU.

  22. Leo 21 May 2010 at 10:03 am #

You just explained what ‘ragamuffin’ meant in the first part of your interview…getting rid of t-shirts would contradict your concept :-)

  23. stacikristine 21 May 2010 at 10:08 am #

What a great interview. I’d definitely say keep the t-shirts! They’re part of your authenticity. If you started dressing up, it wouldn’t be you.

  24. Brice Bohrer 21 May 2010 at 10:29 am #

    Lose it.

You, me, getting old. Collars are nice.

(You know they often tell women when they start getting to be 30 then 40…stop dressing like a teenager it is unbecoming…Well, how come they don’t tell guys that…)

    Maybe we can start. :)

    • dallas 24 May 2010 at 11:14 am #

collars are nice if that’s who you are. I’m all for dressing to express who you are. if a collar is your thing, then go for it brice. but i think we know that shirt and tie is not Los…

  25. MJT 21 May 2010 at 11:11 am #

if you like the look, keep the look..if you want to change , change..

  26. JudyK 21 May 2010 at 11:12 am #

    I agree, keep the t-shirts.

  27. Carole Turner 21 May 2010 at 11:44 am #

I’d like to see some scarf action.

    • Lil 23 May 2010 at 2:08 am #

      please no!

  28. Jaycee (E.A) 21 May 2010 at 12:40 pm #

Your brand name is Ragamuffin soul right? Every ragamuffin is loosely clothed. Don’t lose the Tees. :)

  29. nic 21 May 2010 at 1:01 pm #

    tshirts all the way

  30. Josh 21 May 2010 at 1:32 pm #

compromise…. wear a tuxedo t-shirt, ’cause you like to party.

  31. Becky Miller 21 May 2010 at 1:47 pm #

How could you be a ragamuffin in a suit? Love the graphic tees.

  32. Marla 21 May 2010 at 3:13 pm #

Keep the tees, you look great!

  33. jrowe 21 May 2010 at 4:42 pm #

you could just lose the t-shirt and not replace it with anything else… that would really get people talking.

  34. ChurchGirlNextDoor 21 May 2010 at 5:26 pm #

if tshirt is your personality…then tshirt is what you should wear!

  35. Albee 21 May 2010 at 7:49 pm #

I was waiting for you to show the third tattoo!!!!

  36. Modern Reject 21 May 2010 at 8:47 pm #

That is a whole lot of people commenting on what one dude should wear (albeit a cool dude).

Just for the sake of being different…I’m gonna say next time show up in a three piece suit just to keep everyone on their toes. you would KILL it…

  37. Julie R. 21 May 2010 at 9:24 pm #

I say keep the Tees… If you aren’t a suit guy then it would just show how uncomfortable you are, then people wonder why you are hiding in the suit then you have whole new set of issues…LOL

  38. Brad 22 May 2010 at 2:04 am #

not only do you need to not ditch the t shirt, you need to rock some sequins or decorative bling up on that bad boy.

  39. Stephen 22 May 2010 at 3:18 pm #

The front page of the CBN website has the headline: Ground Zero Mosque: Olive Branch or ‘Soft Jihad’?

Two and a half of the four headlines on this site are political. I don’t think the most important question about your relationship with CBN is whether or not to wear a t-shirt.

  40. CAUTHEN83 22 May 2010 at 4:58 pm #

Yes you should wear a dressy T shirt perhaps one with a tux print or some thing dressy print ? maybe a t shirt with your face printed on it or a t shirt with your band on it with out you on it hence you be the lead man standing there with the band on the shirt like in the back ground .

  41. Alicia 22 May 2010 at 5:51 pm #

Hey, I just want to thank you for what you do. I just kind of randomly was surfing on godtube and found your video with danny. Beautiful and praise God for it. I’m incorporating it into my message tomorrow and show the youth it. It’s awesome to know that your son is from South Korea. I’m a youth pastor at a Korean church. You son is so cute!!!! I also love how you have the word pray tattooed on your arm. very very unique..May God continue to bless your ministry in more ways then one!..

  42. Aaron 22 May 2010 at 6:19 pm #

or..lose the tv things for the t-shirt.

    either way, keep the tee.

  43. wheeler 22 May 2010 at 9:06 pm #

    Keep the tee.

  44. Lil 23 May 2010 at 2:02 am #

One of the things that first drew me to you and your blog was your desire to be authentic and simply genuine. I struggle with these issues daily being a pastor’s wife in trying to be myself and not be a people pleaser. I’d say to check your reasons and motives. If it is to please others then I say a big fat no. Do you wear other garb regularly? But I hope that you stick to being you and I think that includes your tees. =)

  45. Jim Gray 23 May 2010 at 7:18 pm #

    keep the shirts…

  46. Cindi 23 May 2010 at 8:31 pm #

Would have been nice if they would have spelled Whittaker correctly! In any case, great interview!!

  47. adam 24 May 2010 at 11:24 pm #

You were rocking the Joel Osteen happy eyes during the first minute.. ;)

This prayer is from Jesus, that we may here from Him, that He may meet our needs. It only consist of three simple steps.

    1) We need to read one scripture. This will focus us in the word that brings everlasting life.

    2) Since this prayer is from Jesus we need to direct our prayer to Him personally. To often Christian focus they’re prayer‘s to G_D the father. Scripture proclaims that Jesus should be the focus of our prayer.

    3) The simplest part of this Prayer is to ask Jesus one question. Please, all that is required for this question is to make it simple. Let Jesus Himself finish the question when He gives you that understanding through prayer.

    The PRAYER

The scripture that is the focus of this prayer is “ACTS 2:38”. It’s not necessary to do any study into this scripture. Jesus Himself willl bestow the understanding that will resonate in your heart.

The most important part of this prayer is that we need to direct our prayer directly to Jesus. If you normally would say Father in your prayer, change your focus from the Father to Christ Jesus by lifting Jesus name up every time you would normally use Father in your prayer.

Maybe the hardest part of this prayer is the question that we need to ask Jesus. For man as we are, always try to understand the question and may add many additional quires. The simplest question is all that is required.

Simply ask Jesus ‘WHY, Jesus why’
