I hope someone gifts it to me…hint hint
If “gifting” of the album has any monetary cost, this looks like an illegal lottery.
Heck, even having to have iTunes and an iTunes account could constitute “consideration” and make it illegal.
Dangerous turf.
I like turf.

Too funny that you have to have critics like Alan. Educate yourself before you post retarted legality issues as both Integrity Music and Carlos Whittaker are working together to release music that is granted by the copyright holder “Integrity Music” So Alan, FYI it is all Legal, get it straight dude.
Turf’s Up for Jesus.
(707) Da Boss n I’m out…
It’s not a “copyright” issue; it’s a “lottery” issue.
A “lottery” is a giveaway or sweepstakes in which you find a prize of some value, consideration, and chance. In this case, the “prize” is Integrity’s releases for life, the “consideration” is the purchase of the product, and the “chance” is the drawing that will occur from the submitted proofs of consideration!
All three items are present; it’s a “lottery,” and it’s a crime.
I am NOT a critic! I’m trying to help, here!
AND I see that “consideration” has now been removed by the addition of a “no purchase necessary” method of entering. NOW, there’s NOT a problem. Back to the Los love.
I purchased an actual CD (when you were up in Aurora) for my father-in-law specifically because of the song “God of Second Chances”. He leads a bible study in the Iowa State Penitentiary once a week and is passionate about showing the men God hasn’t written them off. His heart is very much about 2nd chances as he feels his own sin was redeemed and his life restored for a second chance at ministry. He even loves the gospel choir song ‘Second Chances” in Veggie Tales’ “Jonah”! He’s a guitar player too and plays time to time in a praise band. I thought he’d like the rest of the CD too so too late for the iTunes deal but that’s ok. I think he works better with “hard copies” anyway!
ooh! cool contest! Count me in it to win it!
