Hey there. Thanks for sharing. Sometimes i put my church work ahead of my family and it bothers me. I know that perfect balance is impossible, but i am trying real hard to keep things in perspective. GOD, FAMILY, CHURCH etc.

Is it morally right as a worship leader and example to teens to have such tattoos all over ur arms? Dont u think u need to be more like concious of not sending the wrong idea out to people.

DONT YOU THINK HAVING ALL THOSE TATTOOS SENDS THE WRONG MESSAGE ACROSS? UR A CHRISTIAN AND NOT ONLY THAT…. A WORSHIP LEADER.

Why do you think tattoos send the wring message? And who says tattoos are wrong? Not God.

I tattoo to celebrate my faith in God, not in an idolitrous way, but more a reminder to myself that God was there for me at the darkest times. I have a dove flying through the wind, on a backdrop of burning sunset across my shoulders and a celtic cross, in the small of my back

It probably wasn’t right to put words in God’s mouth on that last comment of mine. But I still hold to my view that tats are not sinful.

Yeah, I can see how getting a tattoo on a very popular TV show and getting to use that platform to talk about how God has changed you and talk to a probably un-churched person one-on-one is a bad thing. Also, the tattoo is of Saul, and he killed Christians! Shame!

Sweet tattoo, man, and what an awesome opportunity to share Jesus with people!

as a follower of christ and a fellow tattoo bearer, I wanted to share this great thought provoking article put out by ransom fellowship on tattoos and a biblical worldview. It is written by a pastor/seminary professor who ministers in New Zealand.
